Nov. 3rd, 2009 04:58 pmWell, the Winner By a Nose Affair "missing scene" is now longer than the rest of the Affair... I hope that's a good thing. We'll see.
I has a LOL for today. I have a strange feeling that I ought to say something about it, but we just watched a BBC film of Henry IV Part 2, and my brains all trickled out my ears. They cut at least half the dialogue and it was still over two hours long, and everybody was mumbling the whole time except the Archbishop of York. (And I still don't get why the great tradition of Shakespeare criticism finds Falstaff so lovable.)
