Delightfully Useless

I think we're far too easily seduced by SFX nowadays. In S&S the quality of the writing, of the concept of time breaking through, drives the programme, rather than it being a poor plot and characters dominated by SFX. That's why I prefer 'a night to remember' to 'Titanic', apart from the fact that there's a rather sweet young actor in it . . .
